Jelle Zeelenberg (1994) completed his academic education at Leiden University, where he earned his Master’s degree in civil law in 2018. In 2019 he took the oath as an attorney. He has a strong affinity for the construction and technology sectors and enjoys doing odd jobs in his spare time. Thanks to this hands-on experience, he quickly grasps the core of technical discussions. This enables him to efficiently translate legal issues into advices, memos, and legal documents. He primarily focuses on civil construction law practice, with a particular emphasis on issues related to UAV and RAW. Extending from civil construction law, he has also specialized in procurement law; “A project must first be secured before a discussion can arise during the excution of the work.”
